The "Napawards" awards that will be given during the official opening of the Ayia Napa 2025 World Art Triennial, which will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the "George Seferis" Cultural Center, in the presence of prominent artists and cultural figures, were presented before the Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou, by the President of the Ayia Napa 2025 World Art Triennial, Mr. Panikos Panayi Hatzidakis.
As Mr. Hadjidakis mentioned, the following awards will be awarded during the event: Premio Award, Award of Excellence, Artist of Honour, Personalities of Culture Award, Best Museum of Christian Art and Honorary commemorative plaques symbolically to all participating artists.
The awards cover a wide range of categories, such as Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, Photography, Creative Installations, Architecture, Hagiography, Iconography, Engraving and other creations.
Mayor Mr. Christos Zannetou stated that the awards presented reflect the prestige and importance of this event and expressed his congratulations to the President of the Ayia Napa World Art Triennial 2025, Mr. Panikos Panayi Hatzidakis, for his vision and dedication, as well as to all the contributors who work tirelessly for the success of the event.
