Ayia Napa Marina "takes shape"

Impressive progress is recorded in the realization of the largest development project in the province of Famagusta.

The Ayia Napa marina, the project that is expected to reach two hundred and fifty million euros, is in a feverish pace of construction work, as it is expected to receive the first boats in exactly one year from today.

According to the company, so far the construction works of the sales offices and the dredging of the basin have been completed, while the earthworks are in the final stage.

Both the already advanced construction of the breakwater, and the configuration of the pier, are the first touches of the implementation of one of the most important projects in our country that is undoubtedly expected to upgrade the area and our tourist product.

It is noteworthy that although the residential development is expected to be completed in 2021, so far fifty-five percent of the eastern tower has been sold to foreign and Cypriot buyers.

Upon completion, Ayia Napa Marina will include one hundred and ninety luxury apartments in two impressive twenty-nine-storey towers, twenty-nine luxury villas, a berth for six hundred boats and commercial development.
