More than 3 thousand runners from 25 different countries will participate in the fourth Run for Autism Half Marathon charity race organized on Sunday 06/04 in Ayia Napa.
Volunteers, companies and organized groups will run the half marathon, 10, 5 and 1 kilometer distances, as well as a smaller 500-meter race for autism.
The one kilometer distance will be dedicated to the memory of Iakovos Triaros. Runners will run along Nisi Avenue towards Agia Thekla.
It is noted that a lecture on the topic "Myths and Truths Around Sports" will be held on Saturday, April 05, 2025, at the Giorgos Seferis Cultural Center in Ayia Napa.
The lecture will include a discussion with Zanettos Loukas and guests, long-distance runner Dimitrios Theodorakakos and cardiologist Dr. Kyriakos Yiangou. After a raffle, 10 books signed by author Dimitrios Theodorakakos will be given away.
It is worth mentioning that the medal for this year's race was designed and crafted by students of class St32 of the Lyceum of Peace and Freedom, Deryneia - Sotiras.
