With the experiential workshop "We Stand Together Against School Bullying", the actions of the "Open Lifelong Learning for All" program, implemented by the Open School of the Municipality of Ayia Napa, continue.
The workshop is aimed at parents and guardians and aims to inform, raise awareness and empower them. Through interactive activities, participants will learn practical ways to identify, prevent and effectively deal with incidents of school bullying, while at the same time discussing methods of providing meaningful psychological support to children and cultivating an environment of respect, acceptance and safety in the school context.
The workshop's presenter is Mr. Andreas Tsentas, Registered School/Educational Psychologist (No. 896) and member of the School Bullying Prevention Project of the University of Cyprus, which is implemented with the sponsorship of the Cyprus Youth Organization.
The experiential workshops will take place:
• Tuesday, November 18, at the Achna Forest Primary School "Fotis Pittas", time 18:00 PM
• Wednesday, November 19, at the "George Seferis" Cultural Center in Ayia Napa, at 18:00 PM
Admission is free and a certificate of participation will be given.
