The contracts for the installation of granite tile flooring were recently signed by the Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou, and the Director/Owner of the contractor company PI.KA Road Contracting Co. Ltd, Mr. Kyriakos Kappais, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Department of the Municipality of Ayia Napa, Mr. Antonis Christou, which, as Mr. Zannetou stated, will contribute to the further beautification and upgrading of the Central Square of Ayia Napa.
He also added that with the change of the existing floor and the addition of a granite tile floor, the project of remodeling the Central Square of Ayia Napa and its conversion into "Georgos Seferis" Square is completed, an effort, as he said, which began over the last three years and will be completed in about a month and a half with the installation of the floor.
"We continue to upgrade the squares and all public spaces, implementing small and large projects in all our municipal districts with the ultimate goal always being progress, development and upgrading the quality of life of all our citizens and visitors," concluded Mr. Zannetou.
The cost of the project amounts to €110.670,00 including VAT.
