At the event that took place on Tuesday evening (September 17) at the Marina of Ayia Napa where our sailor Pavlos Kontidis celebrated the second silver Olympic medal of his career, the Mayor of Ayia Napa Mr. Christos Zannettou was present.
Mr. Zannettou congratulated our champion for winning, for the second time, a silver medal in sailing at the Paris Olympic Games and thanked him for once again raising Cypriot sports to the highest level of world sports and for once again making proud Cyprus and its people.
