A 22-year-old man was arrested by the Police this morning in Ayia Napa.
According to an announcement by the Police, members of the Famagusta Police Department spotted at dawn today, a 22-year-old man illegally selling nitrogen oxide (laughing gas).
Specifically, the 22-year-old was found around 00.35 in the area of Ayia Napa, to have in his possession a bottle which contained nitrous oxide (laughing gas), 44 unused ampoules and 36 empty balloons.
The 22-year-old had previously been seen selling a balloon containing the gas to a tourist.
All of the above were taken as evidence while the 22-year-old was transferred to the Ayia Napa Police Station, which is investigating the case.
