Another four visitors from Norway and the United Kingdom were named "Tourism Ambassadors" of Ayia Napa.
The new "Tourism Ambassadors" were honored on behalf of the Mayor, Mr. Christos Zannettos, by the Municipal Secretary of the Municipality, Mr. Fotos Kikillos, who, after thanking them for their multiple visits to Ayia Napa, said that "their special preference for the city is a great honor for the Municipality and it is the least honor we could do in return for the great and practical love they have for our city".
He also noted that with the awarding of the Municipality's highest distinction, the honorees are now considered citizens of Ayia Napa and not just visitors.
