As reported before the Court, the video in question of the gang rape is 27 seconds long and there the young woman is depicted having voluntary sexual intercourse with one of the 12 Israelis.
This was stated by the prosecution witness and the TAE Famagusta investigator who testified, among other things, while he added that in this video two other Israelis can be seen entering the room during the contact of the two, the young woman realizing them and then the Israeli telling them something and they leave the room.

Earlier, the witness said that the 19-year-old told investigators that at the age of 13 she was raped by a relative, which she never complained to the authorities. According to her, during the sexual intercourse with the Israelis, which was done voluntarily according to the witness, she realized the filming.
