A 36-year-old man from Bulgaria, a resident of Larnaca, has been in the hands of the police since yesterday, who according to the police is connected with 70 cases of burglary and theft, committed in recent years in the province of Famagusta.
The 37-year-old was arrested yesterday, under a court warrant, following an operation by the Famagusta Police Department.
His arrest was followed by a search of his car and home. During the search of the vehicle, a number of burglary tools, various valuables and electronic devices were found and confiscated as evidence, as well as the sum of € 430.
From the 37-year-old's home, a number of electronic devices and watches, video game consoles, jewelry, bags, money and sunglasses were also seized.
