On Thursday 24/9/2020 the Municipality of Deryneia in collaboration with AGO Famagusta organize the BeActive AGO Day event at the Adult Center of the Municipality of Deryneia. Sports are for everyone, even for the elderly, where through various programs such as Pound Rockout Fitness they will show us how important and necessary fitness is in their lives. Exercise improves their physical and mental health and when it is a group it contributes to the creation of interpersonal relationships.
