The Municipality of Deryneia hosts photo exhibition which has as aim to raise and raise public awareness of the burning issue of plastic pollution of our coasts and seas.
This is the exhibition entitled "Plastic Pollution - another threat to the beauty of the coast and the sea and a major factor in the destruction of the environment" organized by Keep Our Sand and Sea Plastic Free.
Keep Our Sand and Sea Plastic Free is an action implemented by local authorities and companies in the province of Famagusta to reduce disposable plastic and is co-financed by the United Kingdom High Commission and the Department of Tourism.
