In the context of investigating a case of attempted abduction of a minor, committed on February 14, 2023 in the province of Famagusta, the Police proceeded to arrest a 32-year-old person.
Specifically, after a coordinated operation, members of the TAE Famagusta detected this morning a vehicle moving on a road in the province of Famagusta, the description of which seems to correspond to the vehicle involved in the case.
The members of the Police stopped the vehicle driven by a 32-year-old man and took him to the offices of the TAE Famagusta, where he allegedly admitted to being involved in the case and made some allegations which are being investigated.
TAE Famagusta continues the exams.
