The Mayor of Deryneia, Andros Karagiannis, published on Social Media that the Municipality has zero debt to the Water Development Department.
In his post he wrote "zero debt of the Municipality of Deryneia to the Department of Water Development! The Municipality of Deryneia has discounted the €76.016,22 invoice from 24/4/2024, which is payable by 15/7/24 and does not owe a single cent (0,00) for water consumption. We don't leave behind debts to the next generation, but projects to the citizens".
