A few meters before the Deryneia roadblock, where before last November there were barbed wire, the motorcyclists erected a monument in honor of the heroic martyrs Tassos Isaac and Solomos Solomos. The event was attended by the mother of Tassos Isaac, Anastasia and the father of Solomos Solomos, Spyros, who placed the cross of the two heroes in the monument, which has placed stones that each symbolize each occupied Municipality and community.
Then four olives and four carob trees were planted, the number of which symbolizes the 44 years of continuous occupation, while the eight Cypriot trees refer, according to the organizers of the event to the poem "The Man in Place" by Costas Montis ("Years of endless slavery, their patch and kick, we giamai, olives and teats on their roch").
Then a trishagio was performed, a one-minute silence was observed and the National Anthem was sung.
