Held on Monday, July 29, 2024 at the Municipal Amphitheater in Deryneia, a Pan-Municipal Gathering of the residents of the municipal apartment of Deryneia.
During the Pan-Municipal Meeting the citizens had the opportunity to be informed by the Mayor, the Deputy Mayors and the members of the Municipal Council of Paralimni - Deryneia about the operation of the municipal authority, the changes after the reform of the local self-government, the development program implemented by the Municipality as well as to submit questions and suggestions.
During his speech, the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. Giorgos Nikolettos, emphasized the fact that the new municipal council is focused on projects that will improve the standard of living of all residents, without exception, of all municipal apartments, as well as on sustainable tourism and, by extension, economic development.
The Deputy Mayor of Deryneia, Mr. Nikos Lilis, also addressed a greeting.
It is pointed out that the Pan-Municipal Gatherings will take place on Tuesday 30 July 2024 in the building of the Municipal Apartment of Frenarous, on Thursday 1 August in the hall of the Primary School of Aheritou and on Tuesday 3 September in the event hall of the Dimaechion of Paralimni - Deryneia in Paralimni.
