The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia informs the public about the progress of the construction works of a Culture Hall and Conference Center in the Municipal District of Deryneia.
The Project is in the initial stage of work and in the execution of excavation works and is being implemented by the company Miltiades Neophytou Civil Engineering Contractors and Developers Ltd. The Project's designers are the architectural firm Ferreos Architect.
The estimated value of the project amounts to € 5.096.050 excluding VAT.
The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia thanks the General Directorate of Development of the Ministry of Finance and the Directorate of European Funds of the Ministry of Interior for their valuable assistance and excellent cooperation.
The Project is implemented within the framework of the Cohesion Policy Program "THALYA 2021-2027" with EU co-financing.
