The Famagusta District Court apologized to the three defendants, two natural persons and a lawyer, in the case of the recreation center in Paralimni, which operated without permission from the Ministry of Tourism and showed repeated obedience to the Decontamination Decrees.

Information from KYPE states that in the previous trial, the defense attorney of the accused stated that the Prosecution Authority failed to prove a case against the three at first sight and the Court reserved its decision for today.

During today's trial, the President of the Court ruled that the testimony presented by the Prosecution Authority showed that there is a prima facie case against the three defendants and called them to apologize.

The next trial is set for August XNUMX.

It is noted that the three defendants - owners of the recreation center, aged 36 and 39, and the company, face a total of 9 charges related to the Law on Dehydration.

The defendants, while initially admitting the four accusations concerning the operation of the recreation center without a license from the Ministry of Tourism, finally changed their answer and declared non-admission.

The defendants also declared non-admission to the five charges concerning violation of the decrees of the Minister of Health and concerning the Law on Infection.

The owners of the premises were reported by the Police five times during the three days of the Flood, while despite the warnings of the members of the Force, they are accused of continuing to show repeated blatant negligence and disobedience of the Inquisition Law Decrees.
