The Swiss visitor couple Jeanette and Marko Dalcolmo were recently honored by the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. George Nikolettos. The Swiss visitor couple were declared Tourism Ambassadors of the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia as they have been visiting the area for 40 years.
In their conversation with the Mayor, they expressed their love for the area as well as their admiration for the major changes being made with the aim of upgrading services and the image for local and foreign visitors.
In turn, Mr. Nikolettos thanked the two visitors, describing them as the best ambassadors of the region abroad, without failing to point out that the Municipality's goal is to continuously improve and upgrade the services and image of the Municipality with the aim of becoming one of the most attractive destinations in Europe.
