Famagusta District: 12 complaints of citizens for non-compliance with measures

Police conducted 10.498 inspections nationwide in the last 24 hours and reported 94 citizens and two owners of premises for non-compliance with the measures against the coronavirus.

According to a representative of the Police Press Office at KYPE, most of the complaints concerned non-use of a mask, trafficking without sms and transportation after the time of the traffic ban. Most of the complaints were recorded in Limassol, where most of the inspections took place.

By province, 1.424 inspections were carried out in Nicosia and 16 citizens complained, in Limassol 4.272 inspections were carried out with 51 complaints of citizens and two complaints of premises, in Larnaca 1.061 inspections were carried out with 8 complaints of citizens, in Paphos 1.225 inspections were carried out with 7 complaints of citizens, in A 1.031 inspections were carried out with 12 complaints from citizens and 520 inspections were carried out in the area of ​​Morfos without complaints.

Also, the Traffic Police carried out 930 inspections without any complaints, while MMAD carried out 35 inspections without any complaints.

The Port and Maritime Police carried out 56 inspections from which no complaints emerged.
