A 55-year-old man was arrested on Sunday for facilitating Police interrogations regarding ongoing cases of burglaries and thefts committed in the Famagusta district.
According to a statement from the Police Communications Branch, "testimony was obtained against the 55-year-old for a total of twenty cases of burglaries, thefts and attempted burglaries, committed between April 15 and August 31, 2025."
The man was arrested on the morning of Sunday, August 31, pursuant to a court warrant and was taken into custody to facilitate interrogations.
