Famagusta District: 6 complaints of citizens in 391 Police checks

In the last 37 hours, the Police proceeded with the complaint of 24 citizens and an establishment for violation of the measures against the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

According to a representative of the Police, in the last 24 hours that ended at 06:00 in the morning, a total of 2.010 checks were carried out throughout free Cyprus.

In Nicosia, the Police carried out 135 checks and issued fines to 2 citizens for violating the measures, while in Limassol, 13 citizens were reported after 593 checks.

In Larnaca, 327 inspections were carried out and 5 citizens and 1 estate were reported, while in Paphos, 9 people and 1 estate were reported after 416 inspections.

In Famagusta 6 people were reported after 391 inspections and in the area of ​​Morfos 61 inspections were carried out and 2 citizens were reported.

Finally, the Port Police carried out 87 checks without making a complaint.
