In the last 78 hours, the Police proceeded with the complaint of 24 citizens and an establishment as part of the controls for the measures against the spread of the coronavirus.
As he stated to KYPE, a representative of the Press Office of the Police, in the last 24 hours a total of 5.314 checks were carried out all over Cyprus.
In Nicosia, 1.383 inspections were carried out and there were 23 complaints from citizens. In Limassol, 1.042 inspections were carried out and 34 citizens were reported.
In Larnaca, 917 inspections were carried out and 10 citizens were reported, while in Paphos, 937 inspections were carried out and one property complaint was made and 7 citizens' complaints.
In the province of Famagusta, 859 inspections were carried out and there were 2 complaints from citizens, while in the province of Morfos, 154 inspections were carried out and two citizens were reported.
There were also 22 checks by the Port Police without a complaint.
