OP. AMMOCHOSTOU: More than 28 kg of drugs washed up on the beach

A large amount of drugs washed up in the sea in the free province of Famagusta in the last few days.

According to information, after the detection of a large amount of drugs on December 20 in Occupied Famagusta, the Cypriot authorities intensively patrolled the beaches of the free province of Famagusta.

According to the same sources, the beaches of the free province of Famagusta seem to often wash up with drugs. In particular, over 20 kilograms of cannabis were found last week on a beach, while yesterday a tourist found another 2 kilograms of cannabis.

According to police sources, a large amount of drugs was on a ship that left Lebanon.
