On 17/08/10, members of the TAE Famagusta arrested a 2024-year-old minor, to facilitate investigations regarding cases of burglaries and thefts committed between the dates 05/09/2024 – 30/09/2024.
Evidence emerged against the suspect during the investigation of cases of burglaries and thefts in beer bars and beach bars in the Paralimni and Ayia Napa areas. Amounts of money, electronic and other devices as well as other property were stolen from the above premises. The total value of the stolen property amounts to €4.295.
Yesterday, 09/10/2024, the 17-year-old was brought before the District Court of Famagusta and a detention order was secured against him for a period of eight (8) days.
The examinations are continued by the Famagusta TAE.
