The Tourist, Commercial and Industrial Company of Famagusta has issued a statement through which they express their regret for the targeting through publications of the Paralimni marina.
"It is with regret that we watch once again a major tourist investment in the free district of Famagusta, that of Marina Paralimni, being targeted.
The Paralimni Marina is a grand project of international standards with multiple economic benefits, which is expected to revitalize the local economy, upgrade the tourism product and combat the seasonality that plagues the region.
The attraction of this type of investment is the culmination of many years of collective efforts by the local authorities and other agencies of Famagusta Province and their obstruction is a blow to tourism development, but also to the overall well-being of our province.
As the Tourist Commercial Industrial Company of Famagusta we support and stand by the efforts of the owner company for the completion of the Paralimni Marina project, as part of our vision to make the province of Famagusta a center of entrepreneurship and innovation."
