The Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, accompanied by the Deputy Mayors of the Municipality, visited the Famagusta General Hospital.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held with the Executive Director of the Larnaca - Famagusta Region Health and Social Services Authority, Ms. Stalo Charalambous, as well as with the Medical Director of the Famagusta General Hospital and Scientific Director of the Larnaca - Famagusta Region, Dr. Amalia Hatzigianni.
During the meeting, issues related to the staffing and smooth operation of the Hospital were discussed, with particular emphasis on the needs of the Famagusta district and the continuous upgrading of the health services provided to citizens and visitors to the area.
The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia reaffirms its support for the efforts to strengthen the Famagusta General Hospital and the ongoing cooperation with the Health and Social Services Authority for the benefit of the local community.
