The competition for the Redevelopment of the Traditional Core of Frenaros – Phase A has been announced.
A project that has been a goal and aspiration for years is now entering the final stretch for its implementation.
The Department of Urban Planning and Housing announced the open tender for the Redevelopment of the Traditional Core of Frenaros – Phase A, a significant project with a budget of €1.650.000 plus VAT and an estimated implementation duration of 20 months.
The redevelopment will substantially upgrade the historic center of Frenaros, highlighting its traditional character, improving public spaces and creating a more functional, safe and attractive environment for residents, visitors and local businesses.
Interested economic operators may submit their tenders electronically through the eProcurement system until 25 September 2026, at 09:00.
