The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia and the Municipal District of Frenaros invite the public to the 17th Pancyprian Watermelon Cultural Festival, which will take place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Frenaros Municipal Stadium.
The festival, dedicated to the farmers and watermelon producers of the region, is one of the most important institutions in the Famagusta district, showcasing local agricultural production, tradition and culture.
The gates will open at 18:00 with free entry for all. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy exhibitions of watermelon varieties, culinary creations based on watermelon, traditional products and crafts, rich food and drink stands, as well as a rich children's program with entertainment activities.
The program culminates with the grand concert of beloved artists Christos Menidiatis and Eleftheria Eleftheriou, offering a unique musical evening for young and old.
