Yesterday, Thursday, November 23rd, the Movember event was successfully held at Hatzigiorki Mills in Frenaros.
Men of all ages attended the event and shaved or trimmed their mustaches or beards as a sign of awareness for Prostate Cancer and Men's Mental Health.
The purpose of the event was to collect money which will be allocated to support the work of Movember Cyprus.
Participants in the event were Royal Barber Shop, An Old Fashioned Barber Shop and ELENAS Barber Shop.
Among those who shaved off their mustaches were Mr. Christos Angelidis, President of the All Cyprus Association of Hotel Managers, Mr. Michalis Chrysanthou, Salesman of Savvas Hatzigiorkis & Sons, Mr. Giorgos Tziortziis, Bakery and Pastry Technician, Mr. Kostas Michael, Assistant Director, Mr. Savvas Kosiis, General Manager of Savvas Hatzigiorkis & Sons Ltd and the President of the Acheritos Community Michalis Kaunas.
