Making the special halloumi of Kokkinochoria

Kallkinochorion halloumi holds a special place among the dairy products of Cyprus. Mrs. Krina Assioti teaches us the process around the production of halloumi and anari, in two laboratories within the Experiential Laboratories of Handicrafts and Wine Gastronomy, which are subsidized by the Ministry.
