A few weeks before the second Psychosabbath of 2022, the chef George Tziortzis, teaches techniques around the preparation of this sacred ecclesiastical offering, in two workshops within the Experiential Laboratories of Handicrafts and Wine Gastronomy, sponsored by His Office.
During the workshop there will be a guided tour of the facilities of the Hatzigiorkis Mills Museum.
