The Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. George Nikolettou, met with the Senior Quantity Surveyor of the Department of Urban Planning and Housing, Ms. Maria Tourapi, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of Frenaros, Mr. Costas Michael, and the Municipal Engineer, Mr. Andreas Genagritis.
During the meeting, they were informed about the progress of the plans for the regeneration of the Traditional Core of Frenaros. Ms. Tourapi informed the Mayor that within the next few days the measurement of quantities will be completed, while by the end of January the tender documents for the announcement of the project are expected to be completed. The total cost of the project is estimated to be 1,5 million euros with the Municipality covering 30%.
The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia remains committed to the upgrading of Municipal Infrastructure and the preservation of the cultural heritage of its Municipal Districts.
