Last Sunday, I "traveled" back in time and to my old habits as a former athlete of the Famagusta Nautical Club.
After I first visited the institution for the delivery of a quantity of food, then I went to the Swimming Pool of the Nautical Club of Konstantia in Paralimni, where I participated in the swimming relay race. I spent 10 minutes swimming, realizing once again that abstaining from exercise wears out body and muscle strength.
In the same way, abstaining from voting undermines democracy and the quality of the policies that represent us.
