MP Kyriakos Hatzigiannis sent a letter to the Minister of Agriculture inviting him to tour accompanied by competent officials of the ministry in the affected areas of the Free Province of Famagusta.
In his letter, the Famagusta MP states that the presence of the Minister of Agriculture in these areas is considered necessary, so that he can assess the situation and give the appropriate instructions for recording the damage caused by the prolonged rain, frost, heavy winds and currents of sea salt that generally affected crops and not only in coastal areas.
