"Dear fellow citizens, friends, with all due respect to you, after reflection and mature thought, I announce my candidacy for Mayor of the New Municipality of Agia Napa, which includes the Municipalities of Agia Napa and Sotira and the Communities of Avgorou, Dasaki Achnas and Liopetriou.
With the common good in mind and taking into account the needs of each community individually and as an entity, I will strive for the strengthening and smooth functioning between the new Apartments. I declare myself ready to face any challenge I am faced with.
My candidacy is INDEPENDENT of political expediency.
