Municipality of Lefkonikos: Protest for a bazaar organized in the occupied church of Archangel Michael

The Municipality of Lefkonikos announces that a bazaar was organized inside the sanctuary of the Archangel Michael, in occupied Lefkonikos.

"They desecrated the sanctity of the place. They have brutally insulted our religious sentiment. "They caused us feelings of frustration, shame and indignation," the statement said.

The Municipality of Lefkonikos calls on the Government to protest strongly against the provocative violation of the purpose for which the restoration of our church took place.
