Actions and projects concerning the economy, sports and society

“With my involvement in the public so far, 4 important actions and projects have been achieved with tangible results.
All of the following was done without me being an MP… simply as an active citizen who cares about the common good!
A. April 1st Road: [Increase of Parking from 150 to 950]
The most commercial road of the Province of Famagusta. With the support of EVEA and TEVEA and dedicating to this project 6 months of my personal time, I managed in 2010 the 150 parking lots to become 950. As a result, instead of closing businesses, they open businesses for the benefit of the whole Famagusta District.
B. Economy - Legislation: [Abolition of Real Estate Taxation]
Real Estate Taxation of 2013: The most wrong tax ever passed, with which many people would lose their fortunes and businesses would close. In my capacity as President of the Association of Graduated Certified Public Accountants - Auditors of Cyprus, I presented myself to the competent Committee of the Parliament in December 2012 and then with my articles in the Newspapers in 2013, I simply developed all the negatives of this Legislation. With presentations, meetings and memos to Ministers and Political Leaders, the Government was subsequently persuaded and in 2016 this Legislation was repealed.
C. Sports: [Reconstruction of Tennis Courts]
As President of the Paralimni Tennis Club (OAP) we renovated / rebuilt the 2014-15 the tennis courts of OAP. So hundreds of children continue to have the opportunity to continue playing sports.
D. Social work: [Multipurpose / Multidisciplinary / Special School]
'Lighthouse of Life'. Association for children with special needs of the Province of Famagusta. After 5-6 years of intense efforts (2013-2019) as Vice President of the Association and project manager I succeeded in securing for the Association a piece of State Land in the name of the 'LIGHTHOUSE OF LIFE' for the creation of a large Multipurpose / Multidisciplinary Special School, of European standards , for the housing and care of 150-200 children of the Province of Famagusta. This is a project of the order of a few million and it will take a lot of effort to implement it. I hope the people will honor me with their vote, so that I can complete it ".

He studied Economics - Accounting and Business Administration (B.Sc.) and completed his Postgraduate Studies (M.Sc.) in Business Administration with a Scholarship of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the EMI Organization in Milan. Mr. Triaros is the Managing Partner of E TRIAROS & Co. He has been a Certified Public Accountant - Auditor and Business Consultant since 1990 until today.
He has been a member of the Board. of EBE Famagusta and a member of the Economic Committee of CCCI, while he is President of the Association of Graduate Certified Auditors-Accountants of Cyprus, as well as Vice President of Finance of TEVEA. He is also the President of the Paralimni Tennis Club and a member of the Board. of the Cyprus Tennis Federation (OAK) of which he was Vice President in the period 2017-2020. He has intense social action and contribution to fellow human beings while he is Vice President of the Association for Children with Special Needs "Lighthouse of Life" of the Free Province of Famagusta. He is married and has 3 children.
