63 years were completed yesterday from the heroic battle of the Barn in Liopetri, and the sacrifice of Fotis Pittas, Andreas Karyos, Elias Papakyriakou and Christos Samaras.
Liopetri honored their memory, where yesterday afternoon there was a trishagio in memory of the four heroes, commandos and friends carried the flame from the church to the barn monument, then there was a candlelight vigil of memory and honor by the band and the runners, and then to monument became an invitation to the fallen.

The annual memorial service of the four heroes will be held next Sunday, at the Church of Panagia Eleousa in Liopetri at 8:30 in the morning.
