LIOPETRI / TRISOKKAS: "I will not be a candidate for mayor - I have accepted a proposal ... I will not do it"

In a post on social networks, Panagiotis Trisokkas clarified that he will NOT be a candidate for Commonwealth in the upcoming elections.

"I do not want to be in this position, because I simply believe that a position should not be held by a family for too many years"

According to him, he has accepted a proposal to be a candidate, however he will remain faithful to his pre-election commitments.

However, he clarified that he will not stop being interested in Liopetri and its development.

"I, Panagiotis Trisokkas of Kyriakos, clearly state that I will not be a candidate for the Commonwealth of Liopetri next December.

The truth is that I have accepted a proposal and a lot of pressure to do it, but faithful to my pre-election statements I will not do it.

At the same time, I declare that I will remain uninvolved in the whole process and let the people of the village decide who wants the next Common Leader. I do not want to be in this position, because I simply believe that a position should not be held by a family for too many years. But no one, not even me, can get into the shoes of the great Sunday.

However, I will not stop being interested in the development of the village and the province in general. A month after the parliamentary elections, I thank you again for the support that was a battle without organizations, without armies, without mechanisms, without youth, without collaborations, with a very low budget that helped me to count my friends. Good strength to all ".
