The Municipality of Lysis made a complaint after an incident that occurred at the Monument of Heroes, Fallen and Missing Solution of the Lysis during the EOKA Struggle and during the Turkish Invasion of 1974.
According to the announcement, brainless people seem to have removed and stolen two bronze symbolic shields that are part of the Monument.
The monument is located on Giannou Kranidioti Avenue in Larnaca.
Relevant complaint was made by the Mayor of Lysis, Andreas Kaouris, last Friday, 31/08/2018 at the Larnaca Police Department.
