The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia is proceeding with the modernization of the cleaning infrastructure of its beaches, with the supply and installation of new, latest generation waste bins.
The new bins, made of high-quality fiberglass, are gradually replacing the existing wooden bins, offering increased resistance to demanding coastal conditions, greater ergonomics, modern design and high aesthetics.
At the same time, the new system features greater capacity, improved functionality and special color coding that facilitates recycling, enhancing the Municipality's environmental actions.
The first delivery and installation of the new bins has already begun on the beaches of the Municipality, marking the beginning of the gradual upgrade of the coastal front. In addition, new waste bins are being placed on the beaches of Vrysi, Agia Triada, Konnos and Kapparis, further strengthening the cleaning infrastructure in the busy coastal areas.
The Mayor and the Municipal Council of Paralimni - Deryneia continue to invest in modern, functional and environmentally responsible infrastructure, with the aim of keeping the beaches of the Municipality clean, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors.
