The first day of the International Shooting Competition "The Grand Prix of Compak / Sporting – Paralimni Cyprus 2024", which is being held for the first time at the sports facilities of the Famagusta District Shooting Organization in Paralimni with the support of the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia and organized by the Shooting Federation of Cyprus, the World Shooting Organization (FITASC – International Shooting Federation of Hunting Sport Weapons) in collaboration with the Shooting Organization of the province of Famagusta.
191 athletes from 17 countries were completely satisfied with the organization.
Three shooters achieved the absolute, 100 out of 100, of which one is Cypriot.
Eight shooters have only one loss, 99 out of 100, 6 are Cypriots, of which Yannos Ioannou belongs to the ranks of the Famagusta District Shooting Organization (SKOEPA).
6 shooters follow with only two losses, 98 out of 100, 4 are Cypriots, of which 3, Dimitris Asprou, Kostas Zartilas and Iasonas Tziovanis, belong to the ranks of SKOEPA.
Another 9 snipers have three losses, 97 out of 100, 6 are Cypriots, of which Andreas Ttigos and Marios Kyriakou belong to the ranks of SKOEPA.
On Sunday, October 6, the games continued with the final phase and the awarding of medals to the winners.
