The producer of watermelons in Ayia Napa suffered damages of up to 2 thousand euros.
According to a farmer's complaint, a 67-year-old man from Paralimni, unknown or unknown, went to his farm where he cultivates watermelons on the night of June 18 and managed to extract about five tons of watermelons.
Nevertheless, most watermelons were found about two kilometers from the orchard it maintains, destroyed on the side of the Protaras-Ayia Napa road.
According to him, the stranger or strangers probably left the watermelons when they realized that they were unripe.
He contacted the Police today and reported the incident.
