The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia is proceeding with the aesthetic and visual upgrade of the lifeguard towers on the beaches of Protaras, as part of the continuous effort to modernize and upgrade the coastal infrastructure of the area.
The new towers combine the characteristic colors of yellow and red associated with the lifeguard service, while also incorporating modern design and special high-visibility signs, so that they stand out aesthetically and are immediately recognizable by bathers and visitors.
The upgrade is part of the Municipality's overall strategy for higher quality and safer beaches, with modern infrastructure that meets the needs of an international tourist destination.
