KOP announces that the scheduled match for tomorrow, Friday 21 August 2020, of the 1st match of the Cyta Championship between Ethnikos Achnas and EN, Paralimni, following instructions from the Ministry of Health and in consultation with the Medical Advisory Team of KOP, is postponed due to the fact that two national team players tested positive for the virus COVID-19.
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, the race can not be held before Wednesday, August 26. The KOP will return for the new date and time of the match.
The KOP clarifies that, in cases of positive cases of the virus COVID-19 in teams, each case will be considered separately and the best decision will be taken under the circumstances of the Protocol adopted and the first criterion is to ensure the health of all those involved in a football match.
