The Cyprus-wide motorcycle rally "Love Route" passed through the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia on Sunday, March 16, 2025. The rally was welcomed in Deryneia by the Mayor Mr. George Nikolettos along with members of the Municipal Council.
Mr. Nikolettos welcomed the motorcyclists by handing over the sponsorship on behalf of the Municipality and congratulated them for the initiative of participating and organizing the 25th annual “Love Route” which aims to support the Pancyprian Association for children with cancer and related diseases “One Dream One Wish”.
As the Mayor of Paralimni - Derynmia stated, during this five-day nationwide march, the volunteer motorcyclists manage in the best possible way to raise awareness in society about the multiple problems faced by children and young people suffering from various forms of cancer and, through the financial support of the "One Dream, One Wish" Association, to fulfill the wishes of suffering children and young people, within the framework of the psychological support program, and to financially support their families.
He also emphasized that the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia, within the framework of its social contribution, supports every action that aims to help our fellow human beings.I like!CommentNotification
