A very important business agreement was concluded by the CEO of Marina Paralimni Anthoulis Kountouris, who a few days ago with an express trip to Milan, managed to obtain the signature of Giorgio Armani, according to an InBusiness article.

Specifically, the agreement provides for the exclusive cooperation of the Paralimni Marina in Cyprus with Armani Casa, which will undertake the complete furnishing of the 119 apartments, the 4 villas and the rest of the Marina.
Such as InBusinessNews is informed, the CEO of PMV Maritime Holdings Anthoulis Kountouris has been eager to close this agreement for about a year now, with his efforts to bear fruit a few days ago.
It is worth noting, as reported in the publication, that this is the first time that Armani Casa is undertaking the equipment of a large project in Cyprus, something that must be credited to the business demon of Anthoulis Kountouris.
The press release for this agreement is expected to be issued according to information at the beginning of next week at the latest.
It is noted that in early February, the environmental authority, after several months of discussions, gave the green light for the Marina project and now the issuance of an urban permit and the issuance of a building permit by the Prefect of Famagusta for the port projects that will take place.
The mixed residential and commercial development of the project will include:
- 119 apartments
- 4 villas
- Restaurants, shops and cafes
- Marina & Yacht Club administration building with 24 guest suites
- The project will also include 300 berths, a beach promenade, a seaside park, a podium and a 535-seat parking lot, of which 427 will be underground.
Finally, it is worth noting that the owner company has also completed the maritime spatial planning.
