The 2nd Pernera Street Music Festival was held with great success and with a large number of visitors in the tourist area of Pernera in the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia on Sunday, June 15, 2025.
This is a Festival that took place along Pernera Avenue where nine musical groups of various musical genres were set up at various points along the street, playing music for two hours with visitors enjoying traditional, folk, jazz, art and Latin music.
During the Festival, a large crowd had the opportunity to enjoy the different sounds as well as to get to know and visit the area's recreation centers.
In his statements, the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. George Nikolettos, stated that the Municipality is organizing the Festival, which has now become an institution, with the aim of further developing the Pernera tourist area, so that locals and foreign visitors can get to know it better and discover both its recreation centers and its secrets.
Various musicians and bands participated in the Festival on nine musical stages, such as Irini Pelagia, Kyriakos Hadjiandreou, Giorgos Pasmas, Damon Piano, Savvas Chimarros, Children's Youth Choir "Dream Melodies" Havana Noche, ANeraides, Eleana Andreou, Antonis Koryzis, Stefanos Hadjiandreou, Andreas Smagas, Stavros Konstantinou, Kleopatra Tombazou, Pantelina Paschali, Chris Papadopoulos (SAXsStories), Rafaella Marki and Konstantinos Zikkos.
