The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia announces the start of works on 04/03/2025 by the company N. Gabriel & Sons LTD for the construction of a modern and functional Multi-Storey Parking Lot on Antonis Papadopoulou Street in the Municipal District of Paralimni. The works for the construction of the Multi-Storey Parking Lot will last 18 months according to the contract signed with the company.
The Multi-Storey Parking Lot that will be constructed in the center of Paralimni, next to the Paralimni Municipal Hall, will include three floors and will have a capacity of 296 parking spaces, of which 17 spaces will be for the disabled and 3 for electric cars.
At the same time, there will be an elevator for the convenience and service of citizens. The completion of the Project is expected to greatly reduce the parking problem observed in the center of Paralimni and will help in the recovery of traffic in the commercial center of the City.
The cost of the Project amounts to €6.762.520 and is co-financed by five-sixths by the Department of Urban Planning and Housing, as an Urban Planning Project.
The architects and supervisors of the Project are the office AF MODINOS & SA VRAHIMIS CHARTERED ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS.
